The YOGISM Certified Yoga Teacher is a Yoga Instructor who develops and implements an individualized approach to Yogasana, Relaxations and Breathing Techniques (Pranayama) in healthy populations and /or those individuals with medical clearance to exercise.
Using a yogic teaching techniques, the YOGISM Certified Yoga Instructor Level One is proficient in:
Leading and demonstrating safe and effective methods of yogasana and Breathing Techniques by applying the fundamental principles of yogic science.

Asana
literally means 'posture' or 'pose'.
The
principle of yoga practice involves the adoption and maintenance of a
particular posture of the body, which is both steady and comfortable (called
psycho-physical posture). Along with controlled breathing techniques it forms
the basis of Yoga's mind-body integration work.

Hr of yogic practice leads to increase in parasympathetic activities, provides
stability of autonomic balance during stress, improves thermoregulation
efficiency and cognitive functions such as : concentration, memory, learning
